ORDERS Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email to your email to allow you to know the order is processing. Processing of the order if the stock is available will take 2-3 days to be shipped, a "completed order" email will be sent to you once the order is shipped this will include the tracking details for the order. Payment Full payment must be made before earrings are dispatched to you. An email confirming the balance will be sent to you before the order is dispatched. Production Time Please allow 3-4 weeks for the earrings to be produced. The earrings will be worth the wait, they are designed in Australia and handcrafted overseas with a lot of love.
SHIPPING Shipping Within Australia All Items Shipped Within Australia will be sent Via Express Australia Post, this will ensure next business day delivery with nthe Express Post Delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas. Shipping confirmation with tracking number will be supplied to you via email, once posted. Delivery times are an estimate only and the label will not be liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Shipping Internationally Arabella Rocha jewellery Ships Internationally via Australia Post International Standard or Express. Prices will be calculated at checkout and added to the cart total. Once package has left Australia we can not be held accountable for late or missing packages. Investigations are best done by the customers end via their local post system. Arabella Rocha jewellery is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party delivery companies. PRODUCT CARE Earrings are Designed in Australia and handcrafted overseas with a lot of love. Each piece is handcrafted with a high attention to detail and quality. However being handcrafted and dealing with faragile gemstones and metals these earrings should be treated with the utmost care. Try not to drop the earrings, keep earrings in original packaging and away from other jewellery. as we will not be able to repair, replace or refund for dropped earrings. Chokers are designed and handmade in Australia by Arabella herself, these are also handcrafted by hand with a high attention to detail and quality. However being handcrafted and dealing with fragile pendants, these pieces should be treated with utmost care.
Arabella Rocha jewellery is hand crafted by artisans overseas, which means each and every piece is unique. Due to the fragile nature of the jewellery the upmost care. Some stones that are not soldered in are glued resulting in them being more fragile. We recommend all jewellery be cleaned only with a polishing cloth. No detergents or cleaning solutions should be used.
Damage from careless wear is not the responsibility of the label.
Keep in mind, everyone is different, and sometimes your skin may react differently to certain materials. In some cases, wearing silver instead of plated brass materials may be better for your skin type.
Make sure to take all Arabella Rocha jewellery off before showering, washing hands, or swimming. The jewellery should not get wet. always keep your item stored in a safe place and away from perfume, moisturizer, fake tan and hairspray.store jewellery in it original packaging and in a safe place in a box.
REFUNDS/RETURNS Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds for any piece of ArabellitaJewellery other then if a manufacturing issue is present. If a manufacturing issue is identified by yourself, we will be required to inspect thepiece of jewellery before allowing a exchange or credit to take place. If and when we have confirmed it has occurred due to fault at our end, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit for any of the Arabellita Collection. Return postage of the product will be covered by us. We do not offer exchange or refund on any pierced earrings or necklaces where you have changed your mind about the product,decided you had no use for for it or simply didn't like it. For all other items you may exchange within 7 days from date of purchase and within 20 days for international orders. Customers will be responsible for all Express shippingcharges for exchanges. Items not received within the time frame stated above will unfortuantely not be accepted. The product must not be worn, and must be in the exact condition it was delivered to you in.
